3 Cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons cream of tartar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1+1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature 1+1/3 cup vanilla sugar 1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk, at room temperatures 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
