DIRECTIONS:
1 can frozen orange juice
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup Baking Barn Vanilla Sugar
1/2 cup milk (optional)
1/2 tsp Baking Barn Vanilla Extract
ice cubes

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners. Combine the oats and milk in a large bowl. Add the maple syrup, oil, brown sugar, and eggs. Stir in the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt just until combined. The batter will be wet. Divide the batter between the prepared muffin tins. Sprinkle Vanilla Sugar over batter. Bake for 18-25 minutes. Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

DIRECTIONS:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Whisk eggs slightly and place in well; add buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla. Whisk together until combined.

Heat skillet to medium, spray skillet with pan spray. Scoop pancake mixture into the hot pan, wait until bubbles begin to show in the batter and flip with a spatula. Cook approximately 2-3 minutes more. & enjoy!
