1 can frozen orange juice
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup Baking Barn Vanilla Sugar
1/2 cup milk (optional)
1/2 tsp Baking Barn Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 400 F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners. Combine the oats and milk in a large bowl. Add the maple syrup, oil, brown sugar, and eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture. Whisk eggs slightly and place in well; add buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla. Whisk together until combined.
